The major European actor of aparthotels unveils a new property in the heart of a dynamic eco-district in Boulogne-Billancourt, The Adagio Original Paris Boulogne.
The brand new aparthotel features 101 apartments with amenities, including 78 studios ranging from 18 to 26 m² and 23 one-bedroom apartments ranging from 26 to 39 m2. Many apartments have a terrace or balcony, ensuring guests a view of the green surrounding.
The Adagio Original Paris Boulogne benefits from a prime location at the gates of the capital, in the heart of the Trapèze eco-district. This is one of the largest certified eco-districts in France, testimony to Boulogne’s industrial past. The Seine Musicale, Roland-Garros and the Parc des Princes are in the immediate vicinity.
Born from the ambitious restructuring of an existing building, the property pays tribute to the Seine through its interior design. Like all Adagio aparthotels, the Adagio Original Paris Boulogne features the “Circle”, a fitness and a laundry area as well as a kids corner and the “Library of Things”.
Sustainability is also at the heart of this new aparthotel with a car park that offers charging stations for electric vehicles as well as a large patio opening onto biodiverse green area.
The opening of the Adagio Original Paris Boulogne, a few days before the Olympic and Paralympic Games, is very symbolic. It shows our ambition for development. Everything Adagio can be found here: high-quality services, a design inspired by the local setting, an assumed urban and modern identity. Everything is gathered to fully experience the city! All my thanks go to the Kermen company which, in addition to that of Vincennes, will operate this fabulous site.
Xavier Desaulles, CEO, Adagio
This announcement follows directly the opening of The Adagio Original Heidelberg, the 11th aparthotel of the brand in Germany. 2024 seems to be a dynamic year for Adagio’s expansion plans as France hosts the Olympics and Paralympics Games.
