The fruit of an ambitious transformation project launched in 2016, the Business Resort Paris Pleyel is beginning to reveal its true identity with the opening of the H4 Hotel Wyndham, marking the delivery of the first phase of this multi-use property complex.
The former Pleyel office tower is finally revealing the beginnings of its metamorphosis, following the delivery of the Wyndham Group hotel by Pleyel Investissement and the Liberg Group. This is the first hotel to open, bringing a new dynamic to the area.
The opening of this hotel also marks the debut of the H4 Hotel brand in France, with an interior design by Axel Schoenert architects inspired by the district’s industrial heritage.
In addition to the hotel tower, the Music Hall, an office building providing access to the Wyndham conference centre, and Maestro, a 27-storey office tower with a rooftop, will be inaugurated before the end of the year.
This vast 85,000 m² project will eventually include 2 new office complexes of 18,000 m² each, a hotel tower with 697 4* rooms and suites, a 10,000 m² conference centre with flexible seating for up to 2,600 people, 16 seminar rooms, 4 restaurants, 1 skybar, a swimming pool, a panoramic bar and a gym.
This ambitious project is also part of the sustainable development movement, having been awarded the Breeam and HQE environmental certifications, both at Excellent level, as well as the WiredScore Gold comfort label.
With these first openings, the Paris Pleyel business resort is no longer a project. It is gradually coming to life in a redesigned urban setting. This ambitious challenge, which seemed crazy to many, is opening up an alternative approach to real estate: the conversion of use and the creation of open-ended concepts to offer a new future to emblematic buildings, while respecting their identity, the new aspirations of local people and the values of sustainable development.
