[Update] The new INNSiDE Madrid Valdebebas hotel has just opened its doors in a fast-growing district renowned for its sustainable, humane and innovative urban planning. Owned by Saint Croix Holding Immobilier, a Pryconsa Group company which also managed the project, the hotel boasts a conference centre.
Located in the emerging Valdebebas district, the hotel blends into an environment that is rapidly developing as a “second city” in Madrid. This neighborhood has been designed to promote innovation and environmental respect.
The new INNSiDE Madrid Valdebebas offers a conference center equipped with over 18 meeting rooms featuring the latest technologies, catering to various types of professional events. Among these, a plenary room can accommodate up to 400 people, while the Big Idea Space, with its terrace and outdoor areas, provides options for smaller, more personalized events.
The hotel also features 273 rooms and introduces two in-house dining concepts: Yatta, a Mid-Century designed restaurant open all day offering a variety of international dishes, and Sideral, an outdoor rooftop bar with views of the Valdebebas Forest Park. Additionally, the establishment offers a solarium, a rooftop pool, a gym with an outdoor terrace, and parking.
Aligned with the INNSiDE by Meliá brand’s philosophy, the hotel emphasizes art and culture, with spaces dedicated to artists such as Rubén Sánchez and Cachetejack.
Gabriel Escarrer, Executive Vice President and CEO of Meliá Hotels International, said: “The Innside Madrid Valdebebas will be a lifestyle hotel in a purely urban environment: Its disruptive design, unbeatable location and the personalised and intelligent service it will offer guests, add to the value that our brand brings to properties, the result of our operational excellence, service philosophy and commercial and digital leadership, to create a unique product with excellent prospects; we are therefore particularly proud to be able to participate in this emblematic project for the city of Madrid, and to have the trust of a leader in the urban development of major Spanish cities such as Pryconsa, with whom we hope to carry out new operations in the future.”
