Hilton has announced a long-term agreement with Commerz Real AG and Hines to manage the Hilton Munich Park Hotel as part of a transformative redevelopment within the Tucherpark project.
This mixed-use development will combine residential, retail, office, and hospitality spaces to create a dynamic urban environment in Munich.

The hotel, originally opened for the Munich Olympic Games, will undergo extensive renovations, integrating it more closely with the nearby English Gardens. Plans for the redeveloped property include a rooftop restaurant and bar with panoramic views, expanded dining and retail options, upgraded event spaces, and enhanced wellness facilities.

As part of the transformation, Hilton Munich Park will close in January 2025, with a reopening anticipated in 2029. During this period, guests will have access to Hilton’s other properties in Munich, including Hilton Munich City, Hilton Munich Airport, and several Hampton by Hilton locations.
