Best Western strengthens its presence in Germany by adding Park Inn by Radisson Dresden

Starting in January 2025, the current Park Inn by Radisson Dresden will rebrand and join the BWH Hotels Central Europe network. The hotel will operate under the name Best Western Plus Hotel Dresden City, while maintaining its superior three-star rating.

This addition marks an important milestone for Best Western’s growth in Germany, further strengthening its presence in the Saxon capital.

Located in the heart of Dresden, the hotel will be managed by Provent Hotels, which already operates two other hotels under the Best Western Plus brand in Cologne and Papenburg. Provent Hotels has been collaborating with BWH Hotels Central Europe since 2021 and aims to position this new property in the market for individual and group travelers, leveraging the centralized distribution and marketing services provided by the Best Western network.

“Through our partnership with Best Western, we have successfully positioned our hotels in Papenburg and Cologne in the business and conference market. We see great potential for this Dresden property, especially for individual and group travelers, thanks to our collaboration with Best Western,” said Michael Lachmann, CEO of Provent Hotels.

The hotel will offer 131 rooms in five categories: Standard, Comfort, Superior, Family, and Suites, along with amenities such as a breakfast restaurant, a bar, and a garage. It will be managed by Anja Grimm, who has been overseeing the property since 2023.
