After work it was time to visit one of japanese restaurants. This time it was time for Ramen by Maru in old town (Gosposka 4). This places is owned by Maru restaurant and it is specialized for ramen since 2018 (closed in COVID times). On menu they have meat, fishe and vegan option of shoyu, miso, shio/yuzu, curry and tan tan men.

I chose tan tan men, because is bit special with beef meat and yuzu drink. While I waited and watched chef preparing food I drunk yuzu made of citrus sirup and club soda.

Soon I got bowl of warm meal, broth with spicy paste, wheat noodles, minced beef, leek, soft boiled egg, corn, mushrooms, swiss chard. I mixed well ingridients before continuing, alternatly eating noodles and soup. Ramen was tasty, enough spicy and bit different with meanced meat.

After finishing this tasty meal I spoke a bit with chef before paying 21.5€.
