Singapore, October 2025

CuddlyNest further cemented its role as a global travel technology innovator following a successful presence at ITB Asia 2025, held last week in Singapore. The company’s delegation, including senior leadership across product, engineering, and operations, engaged with key industry stakeholders to drive strategic partnerships, enhance supplier relationships, and shape the future of intelligent travel solutions in Asia and beyond.

A Strategic Presence with a Vision for Growth

Representing the team were:

  • Co-Founder & CEO: Ritesh Raj
  • Associate Director – Product: Ysabel Rayo
  • Product Manager (Crypto & AI): Long Pham
  • Director of Platform Operations: Philamer Sune
  • Product Manager (Flights): Utsav Das

Throughout the event, the team engaged in fruitful conversations around AI-driven personalization, cross-platform integrations, and scalable supply networks to meet rising demand in fast-growing Asian travel hubs.

“Asia remains one of the most dynamic growth regions for digital-first travel experiences,” said Ritesh, Co-Founder & CEO. “ITB Asia gave us the perfect platform to share our mission: building an ecosystem where flights, stays, and experiences are seamlessly connected through intelligence, not friction.”

Partnership Reinforcement & New Collaborations

The team reconnected with existing suppliers and key OTA partners, aligning on deeper collaborations around smarter pricing, real-time inventory optimization, and exclusive inventory distribution in key cities such as Singapore, Mumbai, and Dubai.

Emerging partnership discussions included:
– API-first integrations for faster onboarding
– Exclusive accommodation bundles for festival and MICE travel
– AI-powered recommendation engines tailored to localized traveler behavior

Our conversations highlighted a shared industry need: smarter discovery and more human-centered personalization,” shared Ysabel Rayo, Associate Director – Product. “We identified multiple opportunities to co-create features that meet the expectations of Asia’s increasingly experience-driven travelers.”

Driving AI & Web3 Synergies in Travel

As Product Manager for Crypto and AI, Long Pham focused on conversations around the intersection of intelligent personalization, token-based loyalty ecosystems, and decentralized traveler identity frameworks. His discussions with potential partners explored opportunities to integrate AI-driven travel planning agents, crypto-enabled reward structures, and secure, cross-border payment flows tailored for digital-native travelers.

“We saw strong interest from suppliers who are ready to embrace AI as a co-pilot for customer experience, and crypto as a trust-building layer for global travelers,” Long noted.

Operational Excellence as a Competitive Edge

Operational efficiency and SLAs were central to discussions with large-scale suppliers and DMCs (Destination Management Companies). CuddlyNest showcased its refined operational workflows and instant resolution mechanisms that minimize friction for both partners and travelers.

“What stood out during our meetings was how much partners value operational confidence,” said Philamer Sune, Director of Platform Operations. “With stronger platform governance and real-time incident recovery tools, we’re positioning ourselves as a dependable backbone for travel suppliers entering competitive Asian markets.”

Advancing Flight Integration Strategies in APAC

As Product Manager for Flights, Utsav Das centered discussions around expanding CuddlyNest’s flights ecosystem to better serve high-demand APAC routes and multi-city travel preferences. He explored opportunities for deeper GDS and NDC integrations, as well as exclusive partnerships to improve fare competitiveness, ancillary service bundling, and cross-selling with accommodations and experiences.

“The interest in seamless flight-to-stay packaging was a major theme with potential partners,” Utsav shared. “Our goal is to make CuddlyNest the go-to platform for travelers booking complex itineraries with confidence and clarity.”

Looking Ahead: Asia as a Core Growth Engine

Following ITB Asia 2025, CuddlyNest is already aligning internal roadmaps to accommodate high-value partnerships, scaling localization features, and expanding its network of curated stays and experiences across Southeast Asia, Japan, South Korea, and the Middle East.

“The connections we made in Singapore confirmed what we already believe: the future of travel lies in platforms that are smart, seamless, and globally accessible,” concluded Raj.
